I love old heirloom seeds, and I especially love the stories behind them.

2017 is our first year and we hope to have lots of different varieties available at the end of the season. We have lots of tomatoes that are hard to find, rare, or just can not find on regular seed sights. We are always on the look out for great, great grandma's special tomato. We will only sell seeds that we grow, never s

elling some else's saved seeds. We will only select the best fruit for our seeds, while maintaining the genetics for that variety. All plants will be grown with absolutely no chemicals or gmo's. On occasion we will offer the long lost hybrids of the day.

Something has been eating the bean plants. I counted roughly 32 plants with the tops gone.

Ellie and I had a heated discussion about who is eating the beans. She says bunnies, I say deer. She is pretty adamant. I hope she is right. I had some chicken wire laying around,fence posts, staples, staple gun and zip ties. Hopefully that will be enough.

Toe beans, is my cross between Micro dwarf Gold Pearl and an indeterminate called Blue Bunny. I was aiming for a micro dwarf, with no other goals than that. It was my first cross, I just wanted to see if I could even do it. She is in a 3 gallon pot and coming in just under 24". So I guess she will be a mini dwarf. 😁

Edited, I just realized I measured from the table not from the top of the pot. I will have to go out and measure again.
