Just completed and perfectly timed for summer ☀️🌊

Our most recently completed home in Dewey Beach is officially ready for its very first Memorial Day weekend — and we can’t imagine a better way to kick off the unofficial start of summer at the Delaware coast.

No worrying about parking. No long drives home after a beach day. Just mornings by the water, evenings with family and friends, and everything Dewey Beach has to offer right nearby.
