🌿 **We're hiring!**
We're looking for a new Retail Sales Specialist to join our Urban Sprouts team!
This role is for someone who loves talking to people, making recommendations, discovering what gets a customer excited, and helping them find something they'll love. Someone who's curious, personable, reliable, and happy to jump between helping customers, caring for plants, processing flowers, and keeping the shop looking its best.
You don't need to be a plant expert (we can teach you that part!), but you should genuinely enjoy connecting with people and selling things you're excited about. đź’š
A little about the position:
🌱 Part-time, approximately 10–15 hours per week
🌱 Both Saturday and Sunday availability required
🌱 $23–$26/hour DOE + tips
🌱 Located in historic downtown Renton
🌱 Potential to grow into a shift-lead role over time
We're a small, independently owned business, and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of a team, learn new things, and help people discover everything Urban Sprouts has to offer.
Think this might be you? Or know someone who would be a great fit? Tag them or share this post!
