Times are tough as we all no, but don’t let the money keep you from upgrading your home or business.. we off several types of payments, pay by credit card, or a payment plan.. offering 30/60/90 day payment plans to assist you so you can get the work done you have been wanting to do.. we will work out a deal that satisfies both myself and you the customer… usually a down payment to start and however we set up a payment plan to start the work.. yes a contract is required for both of us so we are all on the same page.. would love the opportunity to do your next project! 38 years experience..

Very fairly priced we won’t make you put a second mortgage on your home.. you wash that car, you change the oil, you clean the inside… but the biggest investment your ever going to make you just let go and don’t maintain it.. see it everyday!! *pressure washed both parking lots
*striped parking spaces
*numbered parking spaces
*hung 46 new shutters
*sprayed 46 shutters (black)
*clear caulked windows
*clear caulked casings
*(2) coats on casings
*(2) coats on doors (black)
*(2) coats on arch above windows
*edged all concrete/sidewalks/parking lots
*reds and yellows on curbs/ fire hydrant

Stairway and 3 decks in back still to do, gota replace some wood, be done at later date
