What a transformation! 🎉

We loved working with this wonderful family in Avon Lake as they made thoughtful updates to their home before a relocation forced them to leave their dream house. Although they reluctantly put their home on the market, their investment truly paid off!

The kitchen was the star of the show, featuring Shiloh inset cabinetry in a warm, classic beige, beautifully complemented by champagne bronze lighting, plumbing fixtures, and hardware. The guest bath was refreshed into a light-filled, welcoming space, and the entryway received a stunning update. New flooring and fresh paint throughout completed the transformation.

This house sold quickly! It’s ready to become a home for a new family to make memories in. ❤️
