Right now, we’re in the early stages, but this project is going to completely transform this home.

We’re squaring off the existing house to create a larger kitchen and bedroom, giving the homeowners the extra space they’ve always wanted. And trust us—the inside is going to be the real showstopper!

Pilings have just begun, which means we’re one step closer to completing the foundation and getting this addition framed up. We can’t wait to watch it take shape and show everyone the finished product.

This may have been a relatively straightforward renovation, but the transformation was well worth it for our clients. We were able to refresh the existing cabinets by refinishing them and installing new doors and hardware. We also added new countertops, a tile backsplash, under-cabinet lighting, and recessed can lights to brighten up the entire space.

Out with the old and in with the new! ✨

This home received a nice upgrade with brand-new luxury vinyl flooring installed throughout the entire house, giving the space a fresh modern look. We also updated the kitchen with some new backsplash and built a beautiful custom entertainment center featuring butcher block countertops and matching butcher block shelves.
