In this downtown SLC townhome, every furniture choice was intentional. The dining table’s rounded silhouette and beautiful fluting keep the space feeling open and approachable while still delivering major texture and mid-century character.

Downtown SLC townhome, reimagined.
Industrial shell → mid-century eclectic soul!

We layered textures, color, and warmth throughout—stitched custom sheer curtains that soften the space, give ground-level privacy from the busy street, and still flood the rooms with light.

Every detail, from lighting, rugs, tables and artwork selections had curved or round edges to offset the industrial shell of the townhome.

Nestled in our sunroom, this cozy little wine & coffee bar is created by using Antique mirror tiles giving us the aged, reflective glow to create an endless sparkle behind floating glass shelves loaded with vintage crystal stemware. Brass accents everywhere—from the prep sink and faucet to the frames and vintage-style pendant light—add that warm, luxurious touch.

Perfect spot for morning espresso or evening pours, right off the walk-in pantry and kitchen.

À maximalist dream…This living room is all about bold joy – emerald green walls wrapped in custom chinoiserie wallpaper bursting with florals, birds, and whimsy. Paired with velvet blush sofa, iconic mustard yellow womb chairs, a vintage tiled fireplace, and layers of pattern from the Persian rug to the velvet curtains. More to come!
