A beautiful pool finish starts long before the plaster goes on.
This pool, originally built by another contractor, had developed multiple hollow spots beneath the existing surface. Before moving forward with the renovation, our team carefully removed all compromised material to create a sound substrate.

Now we're applying a bond coat—a critical step that creates a strong bond between the prepared surface and the new plaster finish. This process helps ensure proper adhesion, reduces the risk of future delamination or hollow areas, and contributes to a more durable, long-lasting finish.

At Precision Pools & Spas, we believe the quality of the final product is determined by the quality of the preparation. Taking the time to address underlying issues and properly preparing the surface helps protect your investment and ensures the new finish performs as intended for years to come.

In the pristine foothills of Provo, UT, even a beautiful pool can face serious challenges. This site could not handle all of the water runoff from the home and created problems underground for the entire backyard.

The soil had become compromised and no longer capable of supporting the pool, yard and home leading to cracks and structural movement. To stop it in its tracks, the team is using a specialized foam injection process.

By drilling strategic access points and injecting structural foam through steel piping, we’re stabilizing the ground beneath the pool and preventing any further movement or damage. It’s not just about fixing what’s broken- it’s about protecting the entire structure for the long haul.
