Pierce & Ward just dropped their latest collaboration with West Elm and it did not disappoint. 😍 These sheets are giving all the vintage, collected, effortlessly cool vibes.

I’m obsessed with the mix-and-match prints—nothing is too perfectly coordinated, yet somehow everything works together. It feels like a fresh spin on vintage bedding with that eclectic, layered look that makes a bedroom feel like it was collected over time instead of bought all at once.

And can we talk about the curtains?! Such an easy way to bring in pattern, personality and a little unexpected charm without redoing an entire room.

Home staging isn’t about making your house look pretty. It’s about making buyers want it.

And there’s a BIG difference.

As a Realtor and home stager, these are some of the biggest misconceptions I hear about staging a home to sell:

✅ “The room will look bigger if we leave it empty.”
Usually, the opposite happens. Without furniture, buyers can have a harder time understanding the scale of a room or imagining how their furniture will fit.

But too much furniture can be just as bad. The goal of home staging is to create the right scale, improve the flow of the room, and make the space feel as large and functional as possible.

✅ “Buyers can just look past my stuff.”
Some can. But you don’t want them to have to.

Buyers are emotional. They’re not just buying square footage, bedrooms and bathrooms — they’re imagining what their life could look like in that home.

Great staging helps create that emotional connection.

✨ I could have coffee here every morning.
✨ This would be perfect for entertaining.
✨ I can actually picture my family living here.

That feeling matters.

✅ “But that furniture isn’t my style.”
It doesn’t need to be.

When you’re selling your home, we aren’t designing it for YOU anymore. We’re merchandising it for the largest possible pool of buyers.

That means removing overly personal items, editing furniture, creating focal points, improving scale and choosing furniture, artwork and decor that photograph beautifully and appeal to the buyers most likely to purchase the home.

This condo sat on and off the market for TWO YEARS. Apparently, buyers weren’t interested in using their imagination. 👀

That’s where Classy AF Interiors came in.

When I helped my investor client purchase it, I could see what buyers were overlooking. The flooring, dated finishes and empty rooms were making the entire condo feel less inviting—and buyers were struggling to see its potential.

We put $20,000 toward strategic improvements, with every design decision focused on making the home feel cohesive, warm and move-in ready.

How great is ChatGPT at making photos? This is the exact inspiration I needed to help me figure out the aesthetic of this modern Spanish bedroom.

The coolest part about this bedroom is there is a loft that allows for four additional full beds if we needed it! Great for a vacation home in La Quinta when you have to pile all the kids in for the holidays!

Can’t wait for this project to be completed!

This guest bedroom is slowly coming together… and apparently the guests are getting the good stuff. 😂

One of the biggest differences between home staging and interior design is how much the process changes when you’re designing a home to actually live in. With staging, we already know what works. We curate the entire aesthetic before we ever load the truck—furniture, artwork, bedding, accessories, all of it.

But designing this Spanish Colonial home has been a completely different process. I need to see the bed in the room before I know which bedding feels right. Then I add a rug, move something around, steal something from another room… and suddenly the whole design starts going in a different direction.

Funny enough, most of what you see here was originally intended for the primary bedroom. But once I started layering everything together, I decided the guest bedroom deserved it more. 😂

I’m really leaning into a collected Spanish Colonial aesthetic with warm woods, layered textiles, vintage-inspired details and pieces that feel like they’ve been gathered over time instead of purchased all at once.

It’s taking me longer than staging ever does, but I think that’s what I’m loving about it. Sometimes the best interiors aren’t designed all at once—they evolve as you live with them.

We had fun with creating a beautiful landscape design for this Palm Springs house. Originally this house did not even look like a mid-century modern, but we restored it to have more of the quintessential Palm Springs vibe. We added wood exterior, round circle grass patches, changes the entire look of the pool and made sure to create that indoor outdoor vibe for the next owner to enjoy this house to its full potential!

High-end flips should never feel like flips. ✨

When we renovate a home, we approach every decision as if we were going to live there ourselves. Would we choose this flooring? Would we love this kitchen five years from now? Does the layout actually make sense? Would we be proud to call this home?

This North Tustin transformation was over 5,000 sq. ft. with the most incredible soaring ceilings and SO much potential—but it needed someone to see what it could be.

One of the biggest challenges? The home essentially had no real connection to the backyard. So we figured out how to create one—completely changing the way the home lives and giving it the indoor/outdoor flow a property like this deserved.

That’s my favorite part of renovating: not just making a house prettier, but figuring out how to make it better.

We don’t renovate for a quick flip. We create homes we can genuinely envision ourselves living in—and I think buyers can feel the difference. 🤍
