Olympic Ridge — Designed and developed by Wittman Estes, three dwellings built on a thirty foot slope balance social connection with privacy and easy flow to the outdoors. Flexible living configurations on five levels use terracing and views of a mature native Madrona tree and the Olympic mountains to make compact urban housing feel expansive. Clad in cedar and metal, simple forms leverage details, natural materials, and tall windows to elevate architecture within the proforma of market-rate housing.

The Hideaway — an art collector’s weekend house blends with the shape of the land. Constructed from site-quarried stone, the architecture is a study of contrasts between rough geological forms and smooth, machine-made surfaces.

Hood Cliff Retreat - an existing 20’x20’ cedar cabin was repurposed to create a nature family retreat overlooking Hood Canal. Warm and earthy materials were incorporated throughout the cabin — reclaimed cedar siding and casework, white oak flooring, pine plywood walls and ceilings.

Lakeside West — a reimagined urban condominium that transforms an outdated mid-century dwelling into a highly organized and functional dwelling. Custom ebony-stained casework with honed marble countertops were carefully designed around the owner’s simple rituals and daily routines.
