Firewooding in a stem down to a droppable height. Can seem slow but it has many advantages over dropping long pieces—easy to buck on the stem vs risking getting your saw in the dirt, rounds can be handled and loaded easily, easier to manage wood in smaller drop zones, etc. Fun job with Mitch Zenobi.
