Established in 1912, Tholl Fence is Northern Nevada's oldest and largest fence company. We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team.

We offer competitive wages, company-paid health, vision, dental, life insurance, profit sharing, advancement opportunities, and paid time off. This is a full-time, Monday thru Friday position.

Applicants will need the following:

Provide a positive representation for Tholl Fence
Assist customers with fence construction problem-solving.
A friendly demeanor; works well with customers and co-workers.
Effective communication skills
Professional appearance and actions
Provide outstanding customer service.
Process customer orders and receive payments.
Assist customers with the loading of material.
Ensure all emails and phone calls are answered promptly, courteously, and effectively.
General organization and cleaning of the sales yard
Computer experience
Cash handling experience
Problem-solving skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Standing, walking, & must be able to lift 70-90 lbs.
Experience with standard industry hand tools
Forklift experience preferred.
This entry-level position earns a competitive wage of $16 to $18 per hour, DOE.

The candidate must have a clean criminal record, pass a background check, have a valid Nevada Driver's License, and pass a pre-employment drug test at the applicant's expense. Drug testing expenses will be reimbursed at the end of your first 60 days.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
