🚨 WE'RE HIRING! LEAD CARPENTER / CONSTRUCTION LEAD 🚨

Outside Spaces NW is growing and is looking to hire an experienced Lead Carpenter/Construction Professional IMMEDIATELY!

We're searching for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, leads by example, and is committed to delivering exceptional quality on every project.

Qualifications Include:
✔ 5+ years of residential construction/carpentry experience preferred
✔ Experience with decks, framing, stairs, railings, patio covers, pergolas, remodeling, siding, windows/doors, and finish carpentry
✔ Crew leadership or foreman experience preferred
✔ Ability to read plans, perform layouts, and solve problems independently
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
✔ Must be dependable, motivated, and safety-minded
✔ Own basic hand tools (cordless tools are a plus)
