*Home for Sale! This is our Amber Model with In law suite spec house. The main house has 3 bedrooms with an office/optional 4th bedroom, 2 bathrooms and 2 car garage. The in law suite has its own living room, kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and large walk in closet. This home has upgrades galore including a sprinkler system, craftsman wrapped windows and doors, 8ft doors throughout, gutters and more. The in-law suite could be used as an income opportunity. We also had someone ask if we'd be willing to install an exterior door in the in law suite closet to make it accessible to use as a pool bath, if they decided to install a pool (yes we would install the door!) and use the in-law suite as a game room. When we began this project, the home had been gutted down to the studs. From there, we rebuilt the home with new electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, along with several additional updates and improvements to help modernize and restore the space.
