Hope this finds you all having a beautiful day … I’m thoroughly enjoying the start to mine with some much needed rain … I’m a lover or rain showers so it’s always a nice surprise when we are blessed with it.

I’ve been MIA … the last week … The last time I shared a post I was sick … and it got worse and I ended up in Bed for several days. I got up long enough to do any work necessary and was right back in bed .. some days I got up worked for 5 mins rested for 30 …worked for another 5 or 10 and rested repeating until completed .. I haven’t had a CO-Flu .. that’s what I’m calling it .. cause it literally was a combination of both … in several years .. Thankfully. Anyhow it’s still hanging on but I’m getting better each day .. I put in a full day or work yesterday …

When I got sick I had a nice size gathering of goods I had just brought home to photograph for my Etsy shop .. but alas never got to it.. I’ll be doing that this coming weekend when the sun comes back out .. so stay tuned for some really lovely items coming….. Including some awesome Salvage pieces.

Sharing this lovely antique ironstone teapot .. A charming piece that makes the sweetest vessel for adding fresh or faux flowers and would look amazing with a collection of wood spoons tucked in it .. I love these old imperfect pieces that you can repurpose … Once used to serve tea ,, or maybe coffee .. now brings a smile to our homes and hearts by making our spaces a little prettier…

I hope you all have an amazing rest of the week !!!

I still have some beautiful pieces in my Etsy shop so if you haven’t stopped in lately come check it out .. if nothing more you’ll get some inspiration for your Vintage Home Decor !

Sweet Blessings to you all !

Lisa

🍂And just like that …summer is about to end and fall will be upon us ….

Now we just need that fall weather to cooperate….sounds like it might be just around the corner here in the Ozarks …and I’m certainly looking forward to some cooler days … Are you all ready for fall or still wanting summer to stay a bit longer …

Did you know Summer Girl Coffee was produced in the 1930s and offered by HD Lee Mercantile Co. in KC MO … HD Lee was the famous Lee Jeans … He started out with dry goods and eventually moved into clothing when he couldn’t find quality clothing to fill his mercantile…. always interesting to learn the history behind these old pieces.

Hope you all have a wonderful week ahead ♥️♥️♥️
