The Legendary team is about to take this new construction from muddy construction site to move in ready before the weekends over. We've hauled in almost 70 tons of soil, installed both a drip and full lawn irrigation system, graded the lawn, designed the landscape, and planted everything from 2 gallon hostas to 20' trees. All we have left is mulch then sod.

With imminent storms approaching our area today the maintenance crew started at 5:30a.m. and wrapped up this massive property with 25 yards of Dark Brown Mulch! Great job guys!

We can't wait to get started on this incredible complete property renovation!

This project will feature a vast Unilock Bristol Valley patio with Copthorne accents, 15 custom masonry columns wrapped in stone to match the house, a gas fire pit with cut bluestone inlays surrounding it, bluestone stairs, and a full WiFi-controlled color-changing low-voltage lighting system.

We're also installing a built-in gas grill with storage, a massive custom-cut natural stone retaining wall by EarthWorks, a Landmark Ceramics porcelain overlay for the front porch, decorative landscape stone, and a complete landscape renovation featuring over 300 trees and shrubs.

This is one of those projects where every detail is being thoughtfully designed to create an outdoor space that is both stunning and built to last. Stay tuned—there's much more to come as this transformation takes shape!

After this room additional was added these clients were left with virtually no access to an entire side of the property. We deconstructed many things before the addition started and now we're moving a chilton wall, adding a small chilton outcropping stair case, "which had an enormous old tree stump right int the way," adding more chilton wall, and a small flagstone walk way among many other things. Over 5 tons of debris removed today.
