The Paideia School had a vision: transform Paideia Python Park’s existing athletic field into a high-performance synthetic turf facility, complete with a new fieldhouse featuring changing rooms, restrooms, training space, concessions, and support areas. And now, the park is complete and ready to bring joy, connection, and competition to every game and practice!🏈⚽️🎉

It was an absolute pleasure working on this project alongside the incredible team at The Paideia School, Breedlove Land Planning Inc, Precision Turf, LLC, and Structor Group!

LDDBlueline is proud to see the new Cypresswood Golf Club / Foresight Golf Clubhouse continue to take shape!

As the Design Architect, there’s something especially rewarding about watching an architectural vision move from concept to construction, and soon become a vibrant new destination for the Cypresswood Golf community.

We’re grateful for the strong collaboration with the Owner, Foresight Golf, and Paradigm Construction, the General Contractor. Their dedication and teamwork continue to bring this project to life, and we’re excited to see what’s ahead!

We look forward to celebrating the completion of a clubhouse designed to elevate the member and guest experience for years to come.

🎉What a joy to celebrate this moment in Culpeper, Virginia! Lifepoint Church has officially cut the ribbon and opened its doors to its church family and the surrounding community, and we’re incredibly grateful to have been part of bringing this vision to life from start to finish.

We had the pleasure of celebrating Hess Financial as the Harrisonburg-Rockingham Chamber of Commerce officially welcomed them to the community with a ribbon-cutting ceremony for their new office.

The LDDBlueline team was honored to be part of this special project and celebrate alongside the HESS Financial team, project partners Nesselrodt Construction and Shape Space, friends, and community members. Seeing a project come to life, and witnessing the excitement and pride of our clients as they open their doors, is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.

🏛️Great design stands the test of time.

This past June marked 10 years since the dedication of the new Official - City of Katy City Hall, a milestone that continues to serve as a symbol of the City’s vision and commitment to its community.

LDDBlueline was proud to partner with the City of Katy, its elected officials and staff, Durotech Industries, and Weisser Engineering & Surveying to bring this project to life. Led by Jack Duran, AIA, our team was honored to help deliver a civic facility that continues to serve the residents of Katy today.
