This little pool house had a bad leak that the owners didn't catch for awhile so it caused drywall to mold and baseboards to rot. So we gutted it all, added insulation to the walls and ceiling, added 2 windows, replaced bathroom window and patio door, installed a bath fan/ light combo and vented it, installed mold/ mildew resistant drywall, painted with Behr marquee paint, installed Azeck pvc baseboards and window/ door casings, new vanity, new toilet, new shower surround, curtain rod, vanity light plus towel/t.p. holders. Another very happy customer.

Wrapping up this 30ft by 50ft pole barn remodel. We stripped the building down to is original structural framing and started all over turning it into a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with kitchen pool barn. With a 14ft by 40ft screen porch addition. New framing, Zip board sheathing, stego wrap moisture barrier, lifted the floor 6 inches, Lvp flooring, tile work, drywall, painting, deck, screens, new window and door locations,etc.(Roof, siding, plumbing, hvac and electrical done by other companies) There was alot of thought and hard work that went into this project along with alot of help from multiple people.

This project is a big one but it's coming along nicely. It's going to look amazing once we are finished
Added a ton of framing, zip board system for the wall sheathing, stego wrap moisture barrier on top of the concrete slab that wraps 6 inches up the walls, built the floor up 6 inches, aluminum flashing 1ft into the ground around the outside perimeter and a ton of interior framing already completed. Along with 3 windows, 1 entry door and a patio door installed. Still a lot left to do

New project underway. Turning this 48ft by 28ft barn into a living space complete with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, open kitchen area into the huge play area/ living room. 2 patio doors, one leading out to the screen porch that'll be built and the other out the back to a pool that'll be installed next year. Ship lap ceilings, lvp flooring etc..
It's going to look awesome once complete.
