Kirk really gets INTO his work… and yes, the pun is absolutely intended. 😂🔧

When the problem isn’t going to come to you, sometimes you’ve gotta go in after it.
This is the part of HVAC you don’t always see: diagnosing, testing, reaching into tight spaces, and doing whatever it takes to get the job done right.

Around here, we don’t just know HVAC inside and out… apparently Kirk takes the “inside” part pretty seriously. 😂

🌳 **Well… THAT’S not supposed to be in there. 😂**

The washer wasn’t draining, and water was backing up into the kitchen sink. Isaac got into the line and pulled out **this entire root situation.** 😳

Yep—tree roots can find their way into sewer/drain lines through tiny cracks or joints, then keep growing until water has nowhere left to go.

Isaac: 1
Roots: 0

If your washer draining suddenly makes your kitchen sink fill up, that’s your sign to call Harp.

Same floor drain. We promise. 😂🪠
This one needed a little more than a rinse.
Our plumbing team got in there, cleared out years of buildup and debris, and gave this floor drain a much-needed fresh start.

It’s not the prettiest side of plumbing, but somebody’s gotta do it—and we’re pretty darn good at the dirty jobs.

Sometimes you’ve gotta get down there and have a little heart-to-heart with the HVAC system. 😂🔧

Cole and Dan teamed up to run new thermostat wire from the roof down to the second floor, adding conduit to help keep that new wire protected.

System back up and running ✅
