SC Architecture is excited to share the new renderings for Community Bank's future Tyler location, which will be constructed along Old Jacksonville Highway, across from FRESH by Brookshire’s and adjacent to Javi's Mexican Restaurant.

Community Bank has a longstanding presence in East Texas, serving individuals, families, and businesses through locations in Longview, Hallsville, Avinger, and Lone Star. The bank provides personal and business banking, lending, checking, savings, and digital banking services. This investment in Tyler reflects Community Bank’s desire to establish a strong local presence and provide relationship-focused banking services to the people and businesses of our growing community.

Designed by SC Architecture, the new facility combines a clean, contemporary form with a light stone exterior, Community Bank’s signature green accents, expansive windows and a convenient covered drive-through. The result will be a welcoming, highly visible and functional new home for Community Bank in one of Tyler’s busiest and fastest-growing corridors.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Architectural Project Manager to lead and coordinate innovative architectural projects from conception through completion. In this role, you will oversee project planning, design development, construction documentation, and ex*****on, ensuring all phases align with client goals, budget constraints, and regulatory standards. Your leadership will drive project success by managing multidisciplinary teams, fostering strong client relationships, and maintaining rigorous schedules. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape inspiring spaces while advancing your career in a collaborative and creative environment.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning, scheduling, and management of architectural projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to develop project strategies and design solutions that meet functional and aesthetic goals.
Oversee the preparation of detailed construction documents using AutoCAD & Revit
Utilize project management software to monitor progress, update schedules with Project scheduling tools, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
Conduct quality reviews of design work using Adobe Creative Suite
Lead construction management activities including site visits, coordination of renovation or new build efforts, and resolving on-site issues efficiently.
Foster business development by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and maintaining strong client relationships for future projects.
Requirements
Proven experience managing architectural projects from concept through construction with a strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and construction estimating.
Proficiency in AutoCAD software,
Solid knowledge of construction processes including renovation projects and interior design integration.
Strong skills in project management tools to track progress and ensure timely delivery of all project phases.
Familiarity with building codes, regulatory standards, and sustainable design practices.
