Hello to all of our valued customers! Wanted to give a quick reintroduction to our new customers about us.
I'm Debbie, I do all the social media and paperwork behind the scenes. I told chip I'd never ask him to do the paperwork if he never asked me to work outside! It's a deal, we shook on it!
I also work at 40 hours a week job outside the house from 5-2 while also keeping up with the house and all our pets with various health issues. If you need anything regarding your billing, please contact me by text or email, 304-917-5664, [email protected]. I'm not always able to answer the phone so please leave a message and give some time for me to get back to you. I don't always have access to your account and may not be able to answer questions right away.
Chip is the muscle behind all of this, along with his crew. If you have any questions about the service you received, he's your guy. Feel free to message or call him directly 304-615-5342 which will probably go to voice mail, because he's probably working. It goes to his phone as a test message.
Statements are sent out around the 1st. Please try to have any payments sent out in time for them to be received before the end of the month (Take weekends into consideration or holidays, when mailing) and also know the USPS is not what it used to be and not always reliable. Anything that carries out the 1st will have a 10% late fee unless otherwise arranged.
We encourage everyone to use email to receive statements and to pay online as much as possible. The statement and link are sent in two separate emails and is a secure way to pay.
Bad weather causes delays which we try to communicate on our FB page, keep an eye to the sky and to the page and where there is rain, know there will also be delays, sometimes for up to a week, depending on the work load, the day of rain.
We have also had to adjust some prices due to the increasing cost of gas and business expenses, Thank you for your understanding during this time.
