If you are considering a renovation to your office space and you are concerned that's not a possibility because of your existing office furniture- don't be! WC Carpenter specializes in occupied renovations, particularly with existing modular furniture in place.

We were delighted to assist with this flooring renovation for AGI in one of their corporate offices. This particular job totaled approximately 12,000 square feet of new Mannington Commercial carpet tile which was completed in 2 phases, broken out over 2 weeks.

This one turned out great, and we appreciate the continued support and trust in our company!

If you're thinking about new flooring but are concerned that your office furniture will make that project too difficult - Think again! Our team specializes in renovating occupied office spaces.

This office space we recently completed was stacked with modular furniture throughout. Our team owns and utilizes patented 'lift equipment' that allows our technicians to complete flooring renovations without removing modular office furniture from the space.

This project totaled approximately 6,000 square feet of new flooring and 1,600 linear feet of base that was split between 2 floors, and was completed in 10 days, causing very little disruption to the end user.

We installed Mannington Commercial 5 mm Spacia in this office space to replace the existing carpet tile, and our client (and we) are thrilled with how this one turned out!

🔥 🚨🧯We were honored to lay down some smokin’ new floors for the dedicated crew at Fire Station 6 down in Creeds!🔥🧯👨🏼‍🚒🚨

We kicked things off with a custom logo install at the front entrance and back hall — built tough for high traffic and heavy wear. Then we brought it home with clean, modern Event Stone LVT from throughout the living area, kitchen, and hallways.

Of course, it’s all set on a perfectly prepped substrate using primers , levelers and moisture mitigation— ensuring these floors stay level, durable, and looking sharp for years to come.
