For this DC residence, we provided architectural services for a full renovation across all levels of the home, including a rear addition designed to bring the house up to contemporary living standards while preserving its traditional architectural character.

The design also introduced rooftop terraces at the attic level to maximize views toward the Washington National Cathedral and Saint Sophia Greek Orthodox Cathedral.

During our site visit, we coordinated with the builder to review framing, mechanical systems, and construction progress in relation to the design intent, addressing on-site questions as the work continued to take shape.
