We usually run a skeleton crew on the weekends, lucky for us Art the Clown stopped in to clean up and check in our U-Haul trucks for a bit.

Have a safe Halloween everyone!

A customer recently brought her SUV to us after her vehicle had been stolen and the ignition system was damaged.

She brought in a repair estimate from another shop that totaled over $1,700 and asked us what we could do.

After our technicians carefully inspected the damage, we determined that the necessary repairs could be completed for just a few hundred dollars — saving her well over $1,000 in the end.

At Shadow Mountain Locksmith, we believe in providing honest assessments, quality workmanship, and affordable solutions. We won’t just throw parts at a vehicle when a proper repair can get the job done safely and reliably.

Quality repairs don’t always have to come with a hefty price tag, the customer was excited to spend what she had saved on some new winter tires.

Small business taking care of bidness 😎

A customer called us looking for help. We did this remote start 7 years ago and they can’t get keys to program. It went to the dealer and they were quoted 4 hours to remove the remote start so they could rule it out of their diagnosis.
I think 4 hours at the dealer is like $1100
The thing is, we use a t harness on all of our installs when they make one so a quick trip to the dealer for me before work and it’s completely removed in 5 minutes so the dealer can continue their diagnosis.
This isn’t a shot at the dealer, they don’t KNOW remote starts like we do and I bet some installs do take 4 hours to remove.
We did this at no charge for the customer (even though he tried to pay) because it’s the right thing to do.
I haven’t priced remote starts around in a couple of years so I have no idea if we’re cheap or expensive in comparison, but this is one of the ways we add value for our customers because without all of you, we would have no need to be here.

I don’t know why Facebook told me to use those hashtags but they know more about that than I do.
