They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.
So naturally, in the spirit of Halloween, the COCOON team dressed up as our very own Jim Ray, one of our longest-standing team members and the proud owner of a truly iconic look.

But don’t be fooled by the Jim-posters! 👀

Only ONE is the real Jim Ray. Think you’ve found him? Drop your guess in the comments! 🎃

When you remodel a whole home, every room gets its own moment, but they all have to speak the same language. From the dining room to the sunroom, from the bathrooms to the kitchen, this reimagined home carries one design story through every space, down to the last piece of hardware.

Which one made you stop first? 🫷

Big personality inside, plenty of room outside. 🌸
With dark florals above crisp white wainscoting, brass sconces and a sculptural mirror that make it feel like a jewel box, this refreshed powder room might just become the new favorite room of the house. 💎
Outside, we’re rebuilding the deck from the ground up, adding a roof overhead and a new stamped concrete patio beneath. Now there’s room to gather on both levels, come rain or shine. 🌧️☀️

Congratulations, Michele + Kevin, and welcome to Stage 3: Construction! 👷‍♂️🏡🦋

A kitchen can check every box on your wish list and still miss the mark on how you actually live.
Before we talk finishes, we want to know how you cook, move, gather, and live in your kitchen.
Because the best kitchens don't just look good. They feel good. ✨

Sometimes, more room to unwind starts with reimagining the room you already have. ✨
For this primary bathroom remodel, we’re making every square foot count. By reclaiming space from an existing closet, we’re creating a larger walk-in shower. Relocating the toilet makes room for a more generous double vanity, while swapping an oversized Jacuzzi tub for a freestanding soaker gives the room a little more breathing room.
More mood. More space. More reasons to relax.

Congratulations, Meredith + Kyle, and welcome to Stage 3: Construction! 👷‍♂️🏡🦋

Same address, a whole lot more home. ✨🏠✨
Our customers loved where they lived, they just needed more room to live there. So instead of moving, we went up!
The new second story is home to a primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and sitting area; plus two more bedrooms, a hall bath, and a laundry room right where the laundry piles up. Downstairs we reworked the first floor around a reimagined kitchen that keeps everyday life running smoothly.
Congratulations, Jackie + Dave, and welcome to Stage 3: Construction! 👷‍♂️🏡🦋

Moving in with family doesn't mean leaving your style behind. This in-law suite was made for a couple who knows exactly what they love, and it shows.
Pattern on every wall, a gilded arched mirror, and a shower wrapped in soft sage give them a space that is equal parts bold and peaceful. A little corner of the house that's entirely their own. ✨
