My thanks go out to these sweet homeowners for choosing The Kitchen Bin to help remodel their kitchen. Here is what we did...
Moved the sink out of the corner to have a wonderful view of dining area and the outdoors, created more room each side of the range (now with a hood vent), added a peninsula to increase work area and seating, recessed a pantry into the wall for storage, and placed a glass door cabinet by frig for displaying special collectibles. Thanks to John Eisenhut Contracting for the fantastic work! It looks stunning! Cabinetry from The Kitchen Bin's Curated Collection... designed and crafted with you in mind. This is the second project I have been chosen for by these wonderful homeowners. I think their masterbath remodel now rivals their beautiful kitchen. We stole some closet space for the tub, changed the entry to the bedroom to get that space back and extended the bathroom into the huge bedroom. The result....The bedroom is still large, the bathroom is bigger and the master closet is larger and more organized. What a calming space to come home to. Thanks to this wonderful couple for choosing The Kitchen Bin for their kitchen renovation. Wow- what a difference! Here is how we made it happen...removed both peninsulas as well as the peninsula wall cabinets...added an island for another work area and seating...moved the refrigerator and created a walk in pantry...added lots of drawers and roll outs for easy access....created a home for all the appliances that remain on the counter...improved the mudroom...added floating shelves and glass cabinets for some nice details. Thanks to CNY Woodworking for fabricating the gorgeous floating shelves and bench top. Thanks to Beau Wheelock@TheBeauBuiltCo. for making this happen. Nice work! Check out the before and after pics! This has it all... a landing zone when you enter, pantry storage by frig, pull out spice, cookie sheet storage, garbage/ recycling, microwave drawer, lots of countertop including a 4'x10' island to work and entertain at. Thanks go out to these wonderful homeowners for choosing The Kitchen Bin for this amazing transformation. Thanks to Mike Berthel Construction for making this happen. Great job! Here are some of the changes we made...removed peninsula wall cabinets and dropped ceiling to make this look so much bigger....gave the refrigerator a new home by recessing it into a closet...added a pantry for storage...vented the range outside...added an island with garbage cabinet for lots of prepping space...replaced dark cabinets with lighter two toned cabinetry.....homeowner repurposed hutch cabinet and did a wonderful job! Check out the before and after pics! Cabinets, countertops, flooring and tile all from The Kitchen Bin. Enjoy your kitchen for many years to come!

Just look at this kitchen! I say it a lot, but this has to be one that is on my favorite's list. So beautiful yet so warm and cozy. What a DREAM kitchen!!! How did it happen??? By working with a DREAM team...Starting with the homeowners, I couldn't ask for nicer people to work with. They made my job so much fun and enjoyable. Next, Sean McNamera and crew left me speechless. There is nothing they can't do. Extreme perfectionists! As usual, CNY Woodworking with their attention to detail and incredible skills put their touches on the hood, valance and island. Last but not least Busch Products are the best at fabrication. The seams of the Cambria are extremely well done and almost invisible. This kitchen has it all...looks, functionality, lots of storage ( including under island and walk in pantry on the other side of frig), countertops where you need them, seating for 5 or more, coffee bar, double ovens, large cooktop, farm sink, drawer microwave, lots of natural and artificial lighting, and the ability to see everyone in adjoining living and family rooms. My heartfelt thanks to all for working with me at The Kitchen Bin!

Thanks to this sweet couple for choosing The Kitchen Bin to help with their remodel. This was so special. They renovated his grandparent's home, preserving the memories of his childhood while making more for their own children. Their only request was to keep Grandma's angled corner hutch. It had to stay in the kitchen. So... I removed it from the corner, turned it to face into the kitchen and had it built in. The finishing touch on that wall!!! It was meant to stay there. The homeowner did a great job painting and restoring it. This kitchen has a cathedral ceiling, lots of countertop area for all the cooking and baking, seating for 4, lots of storage and a pantry area on the other side. So functional, yet so inviting. Schrock cabinetry and Cambria countertops from The Kitchen Bin. Looks greats because of the fabulous work of others....
Mike and Hunter Keith, Stetson Tile and Remodeling, and Stephen Denton- Denton Carpentry. Enjoy this kitchen for many years to come. Grandma and Grandpa would be proud!

How cozy and welcoming is this??? It's often said not to do business with friends but I still did this kitchen reno. Lol And yes, we are still friends! Here are the changes that make this so much more functional... added cabinetry closer to patio door, placed microwave at the height it should be, removed the dishwasher for more storage at homeowner's request, added garbage/ and recyclables cabinet, added drawers for easier access, moved the table into kitchen area so there is more room in living area. Thanks go out to everyone that made this possible...Mike and Hunter Keith for the cabinetry, flooring and trim installations, ALTimate Handyman services for taping and painting, and the homeowners for their endless hours of hard work. Thanks to this sweet homeowner and Todd Zuccaro of EZ Home Solutions and Services for bringing me into this project. Together, we transformed this lake home. In the kitchen..... countertops each side of the stove make cooking so much easier, a larger refrigerator takes the place of two smaller ones, a coffee/ appliance bar was created under the window, a dishwasher and double base wastebasket almost make cleanup fun, the bar area has lots of storage with rollouts for easy access. Todd not only did the work in the kitchen but made sure the foundation was corrected, leveled the floors and installed flooring, had a mini split installed for better temperature and humidity control and took care of all aspects of the remodel! Way to go! MasterBrand cabinetry, Cambria countertops, Provenza flooring and tile all from The Kitchen Bin

Thanks go out to this sweet couple for choosing The Kitchen Bin to help with their master bath remodel. This was such an awesome transformation with minimal demo. The outdated whirlpool tub was replaced by a sleek Cambria quartz (made in the USA!) shower surround and enclosed with glass from Sahl's Glass. Nice job to both of those crews! The thresholds and shelves are in Cambria as well. No grout to clean... YEA! A matching vanity top in the Mon Taaj design, a lighted mirror, new hardware and new faucets bring the old vanity to life! I solved the biggest problem...LOL. One spouse wanted a sauna in the bathroom and the other did not....sooooooo I suggested a closet where the old shower was to conceal the sauna. Two happy clients!!! The closet mirrors the other one on the opposite end and looks like it has always been there. New flooring and paint complete the renovation. Thanks to Bryan Skibinski for all the construction and Chris Holiday for tiling. You guys are FANTASTIC and so nice to work with.

My heartfelt thanks go out to this wonderful couple for choosing me for their 4th project. They are fantastic to work with. I want to thank CNY Woodworking for their attention to detail and perfectionism on this custom project. If I can think of it and design it, they can make it!!! I am so jealous of this mudroom! It has 2 benches, shelves with hooks underneath, drawers, two tall cabinets with poles for hanging clothing along with adjustable shelves. It can store a lot! Joe Peo and Kyle Crave did a great job on the installation of these pieces!
