This homeowner was worried about his kids using their deck stairs — they were barely holding together with a few rusty screws.

A full deck rebuild wasn’t in the budget, so we installed a new composite landing, staircase, and handrail. While we were at it, we replaced rotted support posts and set them on proper footings to bring everything up to code.

Now the deck is solid, safe, and ready for the family to enjoy. 💪

Gave new life and added living space to this beautiful home in Parkcity. Main floor received a much needed fave lift including all new flooring, paint, lighting and granite in the kitchen. The biggest change came with finishing the basement giving this home an additional 500sf of living space including an added bedroom.
