Simple Wednesday Transformation

First time homeowners negotiated a much needed flooring allowance into the purchase of their home and we were there the day of closing to get the rough and old carpet out and new installed. Along with carpet we gave them a LVP entry space and removed the dated pony wall. Thank you to Pechin Group ICT- Heritage 1st Realty for setting this up.

WEDNESDAY TRANSFORMATION!!

Yes we do siding and paint as well, this farm house was ready for new siding and a new look. The owner wanted a bored and batten with new white paint and black accents.

Back with another Wednesday Transformation!

Owner was sick and tired of staining this deck every year and wanted something with low maintenance that she could just enjoy, we were happy to help! Composite decking and aluminum handrail lets you enjoy your deck again without all the work.

The finished results of our latest remodel. This bathroom/laundry room got a full face lift including a new tile shower, flooring, paint, vanity, updated electrical and new cabinet doors. This was a fun project and the customers were great to work with.
