Joe had just purchased a new home for himself. When he purchased the home, he knew it needed some work to get it where he wanted it to be. Before he began the renovations, he wanted to make sure that the bones of his house were well-protected.

Guardian Foundation Repair was able to come out and fully waterproof his crawl space to protect his building materials for decades to come. We installed an interior drain line system, drainage matting, a v***r barrier, wall insulation, a sump pump, and a dehumidifier. We were also able to sister a couple of Joists that needed attending to. Joe is able to begin renovating other areas of his home now that he has peace of mind knowing the area under his house has been taken care of.

When he bought the home built in the early 1900s, he knew there would be issues with the foundation, so he called Guardian Foundation Repair to inspect it. Upon inspection, it was discovered that the main office area had completely rotten joists under the subfloor.
