New bifold window installed at the Inverleigh project today.

By using 100 year old recycled timber from an old shelving unit I installed an outdoor bar top with matches in seamlessly with the new stone top that has been installed in the kitchen to help bring the outside into the house.

Below the bar top the wall is clad in Baltic Pine to give a rustic feel to match the old timber bar top.

Before and After

Removal of old double doors, that were nowhere centred to the room and reframing and installation of sliding double glazed doors. Reinstallation of weatherboard cladding and introduction of LOSP trim. Plaster hung and skirting and architraves installed ready for the plasterer to stop it up and sand before the client paints.

Inverleigh project update. Tiling in the ensuite is 99.9% complete, kitchen install is coming along nicely now. Daniel Cook smashing the painting. Awesome work yesterday by Jordan from Pebble Plumbing to get the rough in done for the new kitchen through difficult conditions. Flooring to get started this weekend. Moving along nicely.

Things are moving at Inverleigh! Plaster will be complete today ready for painting Monday. Waterproofing complete and tiling started, ready for plumbing fit off early next week. Kitchen and cabinetry delivered and installation starting. Very, very happy with how this is all progressing!
