Loved collaborating with Chrysalis Creative Home Staging Inc. on this unique project (and capturing the breathtaking views!).

Last night I finished staging the biggest enhanced occupied staging job I’ve ever done. Usually Rob and I do a completely vacant house in 3-5 hours onsite depending on scope but this one took 3 full days even with the help of Spaces by Eva. Last night was installing outdoor furniture I bought and assembled for the home owner. The work was worth it as the property looks spectacular! Before stepping forward into a new year, I stepped back today to reflect on the highs and lows of this year - and there were many. Maybe you can relate.

I gifted myself quiet solitude at the beach this afternoon to write out my intentions for 2026 as the moon brightened above the calm waters with sea lions joyfully playing close to shore and a lone humpback surfacing in the distance. I’m so blessed to live here and see/feel this ❤️
