REAL PROJECTS. REAL PROGRESS. HAPPENING NOW.

Over the coming weeks, we’re taking you behind the scenes of some of LPD’s most exciting projects—each with its own story, vision, challenges, and extraordinary details.

From remarkable homes currently under construction to ambitious projects preparing to break ground, each episode will offer a glimpse into what we’re building and what’s coming next.

And here’s what makes this series different: These aren’t projects pulled from our archives or completed years ago. These are actual LPD projects happening RIGHT NOW or getting ready to begin.

No recycled portfolios. No concepts pretending to be reality. Just a firsthand look at the scale, craftsmanship, and ambition behind what we do every day.

Multiple projects. Different visions. One signature: LPD.

Welcome to our journey. Stay tuned as we introduce them, one project at a time.

Second Stop, Project Farrington. Over 13,000 sqft of bespoke living space, shaped by bold architecture, refined details, and a modernism entirely its own.

Another extraordinary vision coming to life at LPD.

Real Projects. Real Progress. Happening Now.

Who says work ends when the lights go down? 🎭🥂

We spend our days in work boots, hard hats, and business attire, putting in countless hours doing what we love.

But every now and then, we trade our everyday uniforms for tuxedos and evening gowns, and the work continues in a different setting.

Because what makes our industry special isn’t just the projects we build, it’s the community we’ve built along the way. A community of talented people who inspire, support, collaborate, and genuinely want to see one another succeed.

These evenings remind us that networking isn’t just about business cards and opportunities. It’s about friendships, shared ambitions, and lifting each other up.

A special thank you to Living Luxe Magazine and Pretty & Smart Magazine for bringing this incredible community together for The Veiled Encounter at Casa Loma.

It might look like a party, but trust me, we’re still working… just with better outfits! 😉

Different dress code. Same hustle. Stronger community. 🥂

Behind every detail is a team—and countless hours of thinking, planning, coordinating, and refining.

Because creating something extraordinary doesn’t happen by accident. It’s built with intention.

We build houses. Apparently we drop bars too. 🎤🏗️😂

Had to give this trend the LPD treatment.

Serious about the work. Not always about ourselves.

Just build smart.

Funny moment yesterday — someone we’d never met mentioned that they’d seen an earlier version of this great room transformation video and loved it.

We told them, “Well… there are actually three versions.” 😎

So here’s another one.

Same great room. Same transformation. Different vibe.

And this one comes with a little extra Canadian content 🇨🇦☕️ — featuring our very own Tim Hortons coffee-sipping moment.

Because apparently even luxury construction runs on Timmies. 😂

Built by LPD. Fuelled by Canada. 🇨🇦

This one means more to us than just a sponsorship.

We are incredibly proud to once again stand behind Autism In Mind as the returning Title Sponsor of the annual Dream Beyond Limits Charity Gala, taking place Friday, November 20, 2026.

AIM’s work has a real and lasting impact on individuals with autism and their families, and being able to support that mission is something very close to our hearts. For us at Lawrence Park Development, building has always been about more than homes and structures — it’s about helping build stronger communities and creating opportunities for the people within them.

We’re also pleased to once again be joined by Living Luxe Magazine, returning as the event’s Media Sponsor in support of this incredible cause.

Join us at Chateau Le Parc Event Centre for an unforgettable evening featuring a sit-down dinner, live entertainment, inspiring guest speakers, auctions, raffles, giveaways, and prizes — all in support of AIM’s mission and the individuals and families they serve.

📅 Friday, November 20, 2026
🥂 Reception begins at 6:30 PM
📍 Chateau Le Parc Event Centre, Concord

This is more than an evening together. It’s an opportunity to help build a future of greater independence, inclusion, opportunity, and belonging for individuals with autism.

“A dream you dream alone is only a dream. A dream you dream together is reality.”

We invite you to dream with us — and help turn that dream into reality.

Join us on November 20 and be part of something that goes far beyond one evening. Together, we can help build a future without limits.

Some modern homes are designed to blend in.

Others are built to be experienced as art.

When we began conceptualizing Project Farrington in the Bayview and York Mills neighbourhood, the mandate was clear: break the mold of traditional modernism. We didn’t want to design another glass box. We wanted to create a structure that felt entirely sculpted.

Instead of standard finishes, we introduced a highly bespoke material palette across all three storeys. Notice the textures, fluted architectural panels juxtaposed against smooth, oversized slabs. Warm, bold metallic banding intersecting with sharp vertical lines.

Because true luxury isn’t just about having a large home.

It’s about living in something that has never been done before.

But striking architecture must also be deeply livable. While the front facade acts as a commanding, gallery-like statement, the rear of the estate shifts entirely to focus on connection and retreat. A sprawling covered loggia, suspended lounge chairs, and glowing fire features draw the family outside, turning the backyard into a private resort.

This is the secret behind the most memorable custom homes:

The best estates don’t just make a visual statement.

They create a complete environment.

That’s the difference between building a house...
..and designing a masterpiece.

Welcome to Project Farrington.
