WEST END REORDERING PROJECT
HOLY TRINITY CHURCH, CHESTERFIELD
PHASE 2 KITCHEN, SOUTH PORCH

We are inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified General Contractors for a reordering project at Holy Trinity Church, Chesterfield.

As the building is Grade II Listed, the works require exceptional attention to detail, heritage experience and full compliance with Grant Funding.
The project involves the reordering of the west end of the church, including refurbishment of the Kitchen, complete with servery hatch. The works to include all electrical and plumbing adjustments. Redecoration of the narthex and south porch, including floor finishes and wall tiling. Upgrading the existing entrance door and existing south porch door complete with fire safety measures and provided with draught proofing.

The appointed Main Contractor will play a central role in managing the works. This will include strict Health and Safety compliance and collaboration with the Architects through regular onsite visits.

Contractors expressing interest should provide evidence of relevant heritage and conservation experience, details of their project team, CHAS and CITB accreditations, Contractor’s Public Liability Insurance (minimum £5 million) and examples of comparable projects.

Interested Contractors are invited to submit an expression of interest to the project architects via email by the end of the day on Friday 10th October 2025.
