✅ Added Value: Certificate of lawfulness for the proposed er****on of a rear roof extension incorporating hip to gable conversion, a Juliet balcony and three front roof windows to the house.

🏅 For this semi-detached house, we obtained an approved Certificate of Lawfulness and prepared the structural engineering and Building Control drawings. The loft conversion added 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, providing a total of 68 sq m of additional habitable space.
The combined volume of the hip-to-gable conversion and rear loft dormer was designed to remain within the 50 m³ permitted development volume limit.
