Ian Garrett Building Design Ltd We are an Architectural Practice based in Lowestoft and we have been operating since 1987 on a variety of projects from small to large.

We provide architectural & building consultancy, with a broad range of experience, in varying built environments, building types, and construction. It is our aim to assist our clients through the various stages of the built environment through from inception to occupation of a building should this be desired. Just to update you, We are still operating and contactable via phone and email whilst adhering to government guidelines. Unfortunately we aren't taking any visitors in the office currently nor carrying out surveys of occupied houses etc. We are keeping an eye on the guidelines daily and will change the way we work to adapt to these as and when we can. We plan to carry on with on-going work with no disruption.
