Media wall completed today ✅

Finished with Walnut acoustic board featuring two hidden cupboards either side utilising space. Dimmable LED’s all round controlled by a concealed dimmer switch in the cupboard.

Dormer extension and various other internal alterations complete ✅

For the last couple of months the team have been busy working on this big dormer extension a long with a load of internal alterations.

The dormer itself was located in a loft conversion which was separate from the main house via different stairs, we removed the second set of stairs and extended the floor joists, then cut through a new hallway into the existing landing area of the house.

We also built removed lots of other walls and put up new walls for cupboards etc at the customers request. All work carried out by us except for electrics and plumbing.

This extension was having a cracking time 😅

Last few weeks we’ve been focused on fixing an extension that was trying to run away from the house…

Working in coordination with the structural engineer and building control, we managed to rectify it, toothing the extension into the house and fitting padstones underneath the steel.

On top of this it was also freshly fitted with a new flat roof, insulation to meet the current regulations and other bits to make sure everything is secure and long-lasting.

With fresh walls and ceiling all plastered and painted, we was left with a happy customer!

New gate fitted along with brick arch over the top to match.

Dwarf retaining wall built around front garden with drainage.

New pillars either side of driveway entrance.
