Yes… I know, wrong gloves for the job! I was trialling out some new gauntlet gloves (yes we trialed EVERYTHING!) and spotted these Chinese forget-me-nots camping in the lawn. The Two Prong Weeder slides under and extracts the whole thing finicky taproot and all. Then straight into the vege bed where it belongs. Bees you are welcome 🐝

Winter is rose pruning season, and a clean cut is everything. Sharp blade, 45 degree angle, just above an outward-facing bud. No tearing, no crushing, no disease creeping in. Do it now while she’s dormant and you’ll get a fuller, healthier rose come spring.

Deep red and completely unbothered by the fact that winter exists. This one started life as a beautiful gifted bunch that in classic Sally Style I left in a vase long enough to grow roots. Classic chaos gardening. I potted it up, it lived, and now there are four of them. Four! From one bunch of flowers I forgot to throw out. Good excuse to buy myself another bunch? Then do it all again.

This made us genuinely emotional. at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2026, with her mum, on what looks like the most perfect day. From one side of the world to the other, thank you for bringing us with you. Chelsea is a dream of ours and reels like this remind us exactly why. The gardens, the flowers, the lunch at .
