Another site update!
Last year has been quite the challenge with the construction, but this year has been off to a great pace.

Vertical Extension House - glimpses from the site
It might have taken a while to get this far, but this vertical residential extension is shaping up nicely.
The clients, a family of 4, have outgrown their existing house and needs additional space for their evolving needs. Given the limited space, the extension is done vertically, built over the existing garage.
Even with the site limitations, we emphasized drawing in as much light and ventilation as comfortably possible, and these snaps captures the intent quite well.

We take pride in the level of thought we place into the process. Though the site is assumed as static, it is a dynamic mix of elements, systems and workflows. We make sure each detail serve its intended purpose, and each step contributes to the whole system working properly.
