CASA DA TRELIÇA

Dentro de casa, o exterior permanece sempre presente.

A cozinha abre-se sobre o jardim e integra-se na zona social através de uma organização fluida, onde os elementos em madeira ajudam a definir os espaços sem os fechar. A luz atravessa os grandes vãos, percorre as superfícies e acentua as tonalidades naturais dos materiais.

Mais do que separar funções, a arquitetura aproxima diferentes momentos do quotidiano — cozinhar, estar, conviver e usufruir do exterior.

LATTICE HOUSE

Inside the house, the outdoors is always present.

The kitchen opens onto the garden and connects with the living area through a fluid spatial arrangement, where timber elements help define spaces without enclosing them. Light enters through the large glazed openings, moving across the surfaces and enhancing the materials’ natural tones.

Rather than separating functions, the architecture brings together different moments of everyday life — cooking, relaxing, gathering and enjoying the outdoors.

CASA DA TRELIÇA

A madeira prolonga-se do exterior para o interior e torna-se o elemento que unifica os diferentes espaços da casa.

Na relação entre cozinha, sala e zona exterior, a continuidade dos materiais e das tonalidades quentes dilui fronteiras e constrói uma atmosfera simultaneamente natural e acolhedora. Os grandes planos envidraçados reforçam esta leitura, permitindo que interior e exterior se percebam como partes de um mesmo espaço de habitar.

Uma casa onde a materialidade não é apenas revestimento — é parte da experiência do espaço.

LATTICE HOUSE

Wood extends from the exterior into the interior, becoming the element that brings the different spaces of the house together.

Across the kitchen, living area and outdoor space, the continuity of materials and warm tones softens boundaries and creates an atmosphere that feels both natural and welcoming. Large glazed surfaces reinforce this connection, allowing inside and outside to be experienced as parts of the same living space.

A house where materiality is more than a finish — it becomes part of the spatial experience.

Um conjunto pensado para ser lido como um todo, mas vivido de forma individual.

Através do desenho das volumetrias, dos planos recuados e da relação cuidada com a rua, cada habitação conquista a sua identidade, enquanto contribui para a harmonia do conjunto.

Uma arquitetura que encontra equilíbrio entre privacidade, continuidade e integração urbana, criando um lugar onde o individual e o coletivo coexistem naturalmente.

THREE TERRACOTTA HOUSES

A housing complex designed to be perceived as one, while lived as three distinct homes.

Through carefully composed volumes, recessed planes and a thoughtful relationship with the street, each residence establishes its own identity while contributing to the harmony of the whole.

An architectural approach that balances privacy, continuity and urban integration, creating a place where individual living and collective presence coexist naturally.

EDIFÍCIO EMPRESARIAL DE SOZA

A verdadeira dimensão de um edifício mede-se pela forma como recebe as pessoas.

Nesta perspetiva, a entrada principal revela uma arquitetura que vai além da função industrial: o pé-direito duplo, os grandes planos envidraçados e a luz natural criam um espaço de chegada amplo, transparente e representativo. A verticalidade da fachada declara imponência, sofisticação e solidez.

As empresas também se evidenciam pelos seus espaços físicos e este é a expressão da ENOMAC.
Cada detalhe foi pensado para valorizar quem trabalha, quem visita e quem vive diariamente este edifício. Porque, antes de desenhar espaços, desenham-se experiências, relações e formas de colaboração.

SOZA BUSINESS BUILDING

The true scale of a building is measured by the way it welcomes people.

From this perspective, the main entrance reveals an architectural design that goes beyond its industrial function: the double-height ceiling, the large glazed surfaces and the natural light create a spacious, transparent and impressive entrance area. The verticality of the façade conveys grandeur, sophistication and solidity.

Companies are also defined by their physical spaces, and this is ENOMAC’s expression of that.

Every detail has been designed to enhance the experience of those who work here, those who visit and those who interact with the building every day. Because before designing spaces, architecture shapes experiences, relationships and collaboration.

VIVENDA CRAVO
— novo projeto

Este projeto foca na reabilitação e ampliação de uma pequena casa dos anos 60, celebrando a memória e a identidade através da materialidade. O uso de telha cerâmica plana à cor natural unifica o edificado: reveste a cobertura da casa original e prolonga-se para a cobertura e fachadas da ampliação, criando uma linguagem coerente e interligada.

A moradia nasce da procura pelo equilíbrio entre privacidade e abertura, onde a arquitetura protege o quotidiano sem abdicar da ligação ao exterior. A fachada resguarda. O jardim acolhe.

A nova Vivenda Cravo permite o olhar em frente, ver a luz e sentir a relva, num conforto contemporâneo que nunca se esquece do seu passado.

CRAVO HOUSE
— new project

This project focuses on the renovation and extension of a small house dating from the 1960s, celebrating its history and identity through the use of materials. The use of natural-coloured flat ceramic tiles unifies the structure: they cover the roof of the original house and extend to the roof and façades of the extension, creating a coherent and interconnected design language.

The house stems from the search for a balance between privacy and openness, where the architecture protects everyday life without sacrificing the connection to the outdoors. The façade provides shelter. The garden welcomes.

The new Cravo House allows one to look ahead, see the light and feel the grass, in a contemporary comfort that never forgets its past.

CASA DA HORTA

Uma casa pensada para viver entre o interior e o exterior.

Por detrás de uma frente discreta e resguardada, a Casa da Horta abre-se ao jardim, à luz e aos momentos partilhados. Os espaços interiores prolongam-se para áreas exteriores de convívio, onde a cozinha, a horta e a vida familiar se encontram.

No centro da casa, a horta deixa de ser apenas um espaço funcional para se tornar parte da arquitetura e do quotidiano — um lugar para cultivar, reunir e viver ao ritmo da natureza.

A home designed to be lived between indoors and outdoors.

Behind a discreet and sheltered façade, Casa da Horta opens itself to the garden, natural light and shared moments. The interior spaces extend into outdoor living areas, bringing together the kitchen, the vegetable garden and everyday family life.

At the heart of the house, the vegetable garden becomes more than a functional space: it is integrated into the architecture and daily routines — a place to grow, gather and live in closer connection with nature.

CASA PÁTIO
— obra em evolução

A Casa Pátio continua a revelar a sua expressão arquitetónica.

Implantada num lote estreito e comprido, a casa organiza-se através de um volume longitudinal que permite libertar um logradouro lateral mais generoso, garantindo luz natural e uma melhor relação com os espaços exteriores.

Nesta fase da obra, destaca-se já o ritmo dos elementos verticais da fachada, que introduzem privacidade, profundidade e um jogo subtil entre luz e sombra.

Um projeto em desenvolvimento, onde a volumetria, a exposição solar e a relação com o pátio orientam a forma de habitar.

PATIO HOUSE

Patio House continues to reveal its architectural expression.

Set on a narrow and elongated plot, the house is organised through a longitudinal volume that allows for a more generous side patio, ensuring natural light and a stronger connection with the outdoor areas.

At this stage of construction, the rhythm of the vertical façade elements is already visible, introducing privacy, depth and a subtle interplay between light and shadow.

A project in progress, where volume, solar exposure and the relationship with the patio shape the way of living.
