At the APS psychology Sciences convention, not everyone got it, as was expected, same as in any general group of people. To me is about seeing oneself actively, and that it's a qualitatively different experience and interactivity then what occurs in a regular mirror. But again not everyone gets it

It's really funny because we danced around the subject a bit, but also talked a lot about his mother being so obsessed about appearance and how it really didn't matter because that's not what he was seeing, he was seeing her, and the only thing that mattered was whether she knew he loved her.

and yet there wasn't a connection for himself, to really see himself more actively and beyond his appearance. Most of the videos I post are about people really seeing something special in themselves, others don't make it because nothing is really going on that's special.. it could be just that my coaching is not making it work, or the person is just wired a different way, and might only see it under different circumstances, perhsps not at a psychology conference.

Regardless it was an interesting conversation, and I wish I could talk to a hundred psychological based researchers and find 10 that really got what was going on and embrace it. Next time!

At the APS conference for psychological science, I showed the true America dozens of people and getting their reactions."unfiltered" is a good one, because I think there's a massive filter in the form of a expression mask that happens in Reverse mirrors the instant you make eye contact. Clearing that filter away is pretty dramatic for a lot of people, especially those who are really are more present with life.

It can take getting used to, but once you do, it's the real you, and the alternate you that you've seen in a mirror just doesn't speak with your authenticity.. makes it harder to reconcile with who you are in the world that's what you think you are in the world.

"it's like to talk with my soul". Olinda's response to seeing herself in the non-reversed True Mirror was truly special. You could see from the moment she laid eyes on herself the wheels are spinning inside absorbing and integrating rapidly the depth of self that was possible all of a sudden.

There is so much inside of us when we become aware of and develop our humaneness and all the ways that are out there to do so. And now, being able to see it in real time and actively interact with it? Truly amazing to both experience and witness.

This is the highest place that I can imagine true mirrors finding a place in the world, allowing us to connect with and interact with our deep selves. Because at its core, I think that's a most beautiful thing. Truly the Divine made manifest and then getting to observe it.

It wouldn't be as special except that it's not possible at all in a regular mirror for anyone for more than a few seconds before fading. Most noticeable by those who have worked on their self-awareness and understanding, then seeing this kind of vitality in themselves for the first time in their reflection. And yet it's never something that's really known, it's just an assumption about a part of ourselves that's not real.

No one has seen that it's the mirror that's likely causing it. Fix the mirror interface and that missing divinity pops right back! So beautiful!❤️

In Barcelona, Georgina came out to see herself, fully knowing about the true mirror effect, and was wonderfully moved with how it appeared right from the start. This is a key part of being able to appreciate and then create what's going on.. and that is to know that something is going on.. it's more than just a reflection, it's a new view of you. But unless you know that to see it, you need to interact with yourself, it's similar to turning me on switch of an electric bicycle, once you see it, you can zoom really far with it ..as Georgina did here! So beautiful!❤️

And every one of these videos is another view into what I think is possible for everyone, once the communication channel opens, your light can shine out.✨

Here is a short preview of Georgina s first look in a true mirror...lots of joyful smiling! I think she's known about this for so long and was totally ready to see the magic of herself shining out from her eyes! This is what we like and love seeing in someone else, now we can see it in ourselves! Plus all our other expressions, they can be accurate and authentic!

I had a great conversation with Bertus Jeronimous who is a developmental psychology teacher at University in the Netherlands. He not only saw the effect in himself but the extension to the many other areas that this might impact. A lot of good feedback on getting a good experiment that has more controls and passes muster on the review process. I'm going to be sending him a true mirror, and a reverse mirror that looks like the same box so he can run experiments with the mirror box itself not introducing a confound.

Can't wait to see what his findings are!
