Shopping for a client today, and the trunk didn't stand a chance 🛍️✨ Velvet pillows, a gorgeous floral print, orchids and a few finds I can't wait to see styled in their home.
Then lunch with my assistant Erica at Luga in East Cobb, which is honestly design inspo all on its own: living vine walls, crystal globe pendants, a moody forest mural and that w**e wall 🍷 Good food, a great team, and a full creative tank.
This is my favorite part of the job: hunting down the pieces that make a house feel like home. Stay tuned for the reveal! 🏡

What a great way to start the day! ☕️🏡

Just wrapped up a wonderful meeting with a sweet couple who are getting ready to build their forever home! We spent the morning reviewing architectural plans, talking through ideas, and dreaming up all the possibilities!

And I got to do it alongside this gem of a human, Shelley Herod of Designing Women! ❤️

Together, we bring over 45 years of design and remodeling experience to the table! And let me tell you, having a creative partner who understands the amount of thought, detail, and behind-the-scenes work that goes into what we do is such a breath of fresh air.

Someone to bounce ideas off of, challenge each other creatively, and bring different perspectives to the table. And perhaps my favorite part? We can be completely goofy, laugh our way through the process, and genuinely enjoy what we do!

There’s something pretty special about finding someone who shares your passion, appreciates your strengths, and brings their own incredible talents to the mix.

Two creative minds, a whole lot of experience, and plenty of laughs along the way!

No project too big or too small for this duo!

My wonderful client and friend clearly knows the way to my heart! 🥹She surprised me with this beautiful homemade sourdough today, and I’m convinced it’s almost too pretty to eat. ALMOST.

Because you can bet I’m about to eat every last crumb! 🤣 It’s the thoughtful little gestures like this that mean so much. Feeling extra loved and grateful today! 🤎🍞

Messages like this mean more than my clients probably realize!

Interior design is so much more than picking out pretty furniture and paint colors. There’s a lot that happens behind the scenes like coordinating contractors, managing timelines, troubleshooting unexpected hiccups, and making sure all the little details come together.

My goal has always been to take as much stress off my clients as possible and make the process enjoyable for them.

To have a client recognize that side of what I do truly means the world to me. This is why I love what I do! ❤️

We’ve made it through the BIG decisions on this new construction project! 🏡✨

Bathrooms, paint colors, wood stains, stonework, lighting, fixtures… all of those important foundational details are coming together, and now we’re moving on to one of my favorite parts of the design process!

The finishing touches that turn a house into a HOME. 🤍

These are a few of the bedroom concepts I’ve been working on for the kiddos, and I love how each space has its own personality!

From soft, feminine florals to vintage-inspired sports themes, we’re creating rooms that reflect each child’s individuality while still feeling cohesive with the rest of the home.

Because great design isn’t just about making a home beautiful. It’s about creating spaces that feel personal, functional, and thoughtfully designed for the people who live there.

And these are the details that make it all come to life! 🥹

Antique market finds have me DREAMING up the boys’ rooms! 🤩 Give me all the vintage sports memorabilia, rich colors, rustic textures, quirky treasures and pieces that tell a story!
I love creating spaces that reflect the personalities of the little people who live in them. And judging by these photos, I think my boys have a few design opinions of their own. 😂
Forget cookie-cutter kids’ rooms. Give me spaces with character that can grow right along with them! 🤎
