The Philippines team attended the Asian Development Bank Transport Forum 2026 last week — joining conversations on sustainable transport, resilient infrastructure, and the future of mobility across Asia and the Pacific.

With our strong presence in the Indo-Pacific region and ongoing projects in the Philippines, these discussions reflect the work we continue to support across the region through engineering, infrastructure, and long-term development initiatives.

It was also great to reconnect with partners, meet new industry peers, and exchange ideas focused on building stronger and more connected communities.

We were honored to host “In Service, In Strength: Honoring Kenya’s Wounded Veterans” in Kenya — an evening dedicated to recognizing and supporting wounded veterans and their families. 🇰🇪

As a veteran-founded and service-driven company, giving back to military and veteran communities is part of who we are. At Planate, we remain committed to supporting the communities where we live and operate through meaningful partnerships and impact-driven initiatives.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the evening truly special.

Planate has been awarded a contract by the U.S. Department of the Interior – National Park Service (Denver Service Center) to provide Construction Management Representative (CMR) services for the Rehabilitation of Park Housing Project at Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve.

The project includes construction management and inspection support for the rehabilitation of 13 park housing units, helping improve safety, accessibility, durability, and energy efficiency for National Park Service staff housing.

Through projects like this, Planate continues to support federal infrastructure initiatives through construction oversight, quality assurance, coordination, and mission-focused project delivery.

We are proud to support the long-term stewardship and modernization of critical public infrastructure.

Drone technology is helping teams map, assess, and monitor remote and complex environments more efficiently.

From terrain mapping and infrastructure inspections to offshore and coastal scanning, UAV-enabled workflows can provide safer access, faster data collection, and improved site visibility in difficult-to-reach areas.

Combined with geospatial and digital engineering tools, drone-based scanning continues to support smarter planning and better operational awareness across a wide range of environments.

Secure facility engineering goes beyond infrastructure — it requires reliability, safety, compliance, and the ability to operate in active, high-security environments where continuity matters.

Planate supports mission-critical facilities through integrated engineering, construction management, and technology-driven solutions designed for complex operational environments. Our experience includes supporting ports of entry, investigative facilities, and other secure federal infrastructure where resilience and uninterrupted operations are essential.

That work continues through ongoing support to U.S. Customs and Border Protection infrastructure initiatives tied to non-intrusive inspection and secure facility modernization efforts under the OASIS+ contract vehicle.

From life safety and fire protection to construction oversight and operational coordination, our focus remains on delivering practical, mission-ready solutions where performance and reliability matter most.

We’re excited to be at the Kenya Mining Investment Conference & Expo today!

It’s great to see the energy and opportunity across Africa’s mining sector. At Planate Management Group, we support projects through drone and GIS services, construction management, and technology-driven engineering—bringing experience from working in austere environments and delivering to U.S. standards.
If you’re attending, be sure to connect with Mercy Ndirangu on Day 2 to learn more about how we can support your projects and collaborate.

We were proud to sponsor and take part in the International Stability Operations Association East Africa Regional Forum in Nairobi, centered on the theme “Building Bridges Between the Private Sector and Sustainable Development Finance.”

The forum brought together senior leaders in the stability operations field from across Africa, the Middle East, and around the world to share ideas, explore partnerships, and discuss opportunities in the region.
As we continue our work across Africa and the Middle East, moments like this matter—they help build strong partnerships and drive sustainable, mission-ready solutions where they’re needed most.

With our regional hub in Nairobi, we’re proud to be part of the conversation and to work alongside partners delivering impactful engineering and technical support in complex environments.

A big thank you to the International Stability Operations Association for bringing everyone together.

Not all engineering decisions happen on-site.

A lot of the important ones happen before — and that’s where is making a real difference.

On our work with the Bureau of Indian Education , supporting 180+ schools, we use
GIS to better understand sites, spot risks early (like flooding or terrain), and even carry out remote assessments.

Combined with 3D scanning and digital models, it gives a much clearer picture of what’s actually on the ground — not just what’s on paper.

Better data → better decisions → better outcomes.

That’s how our Technology & Innovation team is supporting projects in a more practical way.
