Designed with resort-style living in mind, Botanic Miramar Beach Apartments brings a unique residential experience to Miramar Beach, Florida, just minutes away from Destin.

At the heart of the community is a spacious landscaped courtyard featuring a pool, grilling areas, co****le, and plenty of green space designed to bring residents together. Inside, the amenities continue with a two-story fitness center complete with dedicated yoga and pilates rooms. The property also features a golf simulator, theater, and co-work space.

We are proud to continue our partnership with Davis Development on this project, building strong collaboration that has brought multiple projects to life. We’re excited to see this unique community take shape and look forward to continuing our work together!

We’re excited to welcome Andrew Butler to the GLA team as our new Director of Multifamily!

A licensed architect with more than 20 years of experience in multifamily design and construction, Andrew brings extensive expertise and project delivery, technical leadership, and constructibility. Throughout his career, he served as a Principal Architect and Multifamily Technical Lead, helping teams navigate complex projects and develop strong, practical design solutions.

At GLA, at Andrew will provide project oversight and quality control, serve as a mentor and resource to our Project Managers and Senior Project Managers, and help strengthen our multifamily practice and industry relationships.

We’re excited to have his experience, leadership, and collaborative approach on our team. Welcome to GLA, Andrew!🎉
