Every home should tell a story... and sometimes that story includes four paws. šŸ¾

One of our favorite custom details in this project was this handcrafted paw print tile design. These aren't premade inserts or decals. Each paw print was individually created from tile, and our installers carefully cut and fit the surrounding floor tile around every piece to create a seamless finished look.

The paw print border carries through the shower walls, while matching inlays are featured throughout the shower floor, creating a one-of-a-kind tribute to a beloved family member.

It's details like these that transform a beautiful bathroom into a truly personal space.

Because custom homes and remodels should reflect the people (and pets!) who live there.

This bathroom was designed to feel like a luxury retreat without sacrificing functionality.

The warm wood-look wall panels bring the beauty of natural wood into a moisture-prone space without the maintenance concerns of real wood. Integrated LED lighting around the mirrors and within the shower adds both ambiance and practicality, creating a clean, modern glow throughout the room.

The freestanding soaking tub offers the perfect place to unwind, while the sleek Kohler digital shower controls eliminate the clutter of multiple k***s and handles, delivering a streamlined look with intuitive control at the touch of a button.

Every detail was selected to create a space that feels elevated, relaxing, and effortlessly functional.

Honestly, theyā€™re often the bathroom your guests use most, which means they deserve just as much attention as the primary bath.

A well-designed powder bath is one of those little details that quietly elevates an entire home. Bold wallpaper, statement lighting, unique tile, rich paint colors, custom vanitiesā€¦ this is the perfect space to have a little fun with design without committing to a huge room.

Thereā€™s a difference between ā€œcheapā€ and ā€œcost-effective.ā€

We totally understand wanting to save money on a project, but unfortunately weā€™ve seen way too many situations where homeowners end up paying twice after a low bid cuts corners, disappears, or simply doesnā€™t know what theyā€™re doing.

At Atria, we may not always be the lowest number on paper, but quality craftsmanship, communication, proper planning, and doing things the right way the first time matters.

Thereā€™s a fully equipped apartment hidden inside this homeā€¦ and most people would never know itā€™s there.

This custom casita was designed for a family member to live independently while still staying connected. Private entrance, full kitchen, elevatorā€¦ and a hidden access point to the main house.

Itā€™s one of the most thoughtful features weā€™ve ever built.
