Oftentimes when folks call with heat pump issues, there can be a simple fix. Kim(left) and Jo-El(right) may ask you to try a few things before scheduling a service call. This is so they can possibly save you the expense of a technician showing up for something easy that you may have missed. So, it's worth jumping through a few hoops when they help you troubleshoot your problem!
