4600sqft of sod around the customer’s brand new pool!

Premier started this job by removing the old shrub beds and front steps. We then replaced it with a beautiful Teco Bloc Creta Stonewall and landing.

The landing was inlayed with Unilock pavers.
The entire yard was graded, 25 tons of “off white” 3/4 stones were applied and spread. A new driveway was constructed and laid with Unilock Treo Smooth pavers.

The finishing touch was a custom PaverArt Compass!

Premier graded the property, delivered and spread out triple screened topsoil.

We then built a beautiful Techo Bloc Blu 60mm cafe Crema patio with Techo Bloc HD 6x13 chestnut brown sailor course accent border. The homeowner will install new stairs to their new outdoor spot for relaxing and entertaining.
