A new vision for Cadillac is taking shape in Orlando.

Massey Cadillac South is currently under construction and progressing toward a modern dealership experience that blends luxury, performance, and functionality. The new two-story facility will feature a contemporary showroom, premium customer spaces, covered service drives, and a fully integrated service and parts department designed to support both sales and long-term operations.

Inspired by Cadillac’s latest architectural standards, the design emphasizes clean lines, expansive glass, refined materials, and an elevated customer experience throughout.

We’re proud to collaborate with an incredible project team and look forward to sharing more updates as construction continues.

We’re excited to welcome Anum Shah to Penney Design Group as an Assistant Project Manager!

Anum brings valuable experience in multifamily and mixed-use residential design across the Mid-Atlantic, with involvement in all phases of the design process. She is skilled in project coordination, unit planning, and construction documentation, with a strong focus on both design and constructability.

A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, Anum also brings strengths in mentorship, collaboration, and visual communication.
