This Memorial Day, we pause to honor the courageous men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. Their bravery, selflessness, and unwavering dedication remind us that true strength is rooted not only in courage, but also in unity, compassion, and service to others.

As we remember our fallen heroes, may we also honor their legacy by choosing empathy over division, unity over hate, and kindness over indifference. Let us stand together in gratitude, reflect on the freedoms we often take for granted, and continue building a world grounded in respect, hope, and humanity.

I never set out to build a project. I set out to spark a movement.

What started as a simple lesson plan has grown beyond anything I could’ve imagined: reaching 25+ countries, 35 states, embraced by voices at every level- including A-list celebrities, and now finding a permanent home in the new Buffalo Bills Highmark Stadium. Built by many hands, many stories, and one shared vision: kindness, unity, and belonging.

Honestly, it still feels surreal. Nine years ago, 20-year-old me could never have pictured this moment. Rocks of Unity was never about one person. It’s about all of us. The collective power of people choosing compassion, choosing connection, choosing each other.

Deeply humbled. Endlessly grateful. Thankful for every single person who has been part of this journey.

Now let’s step into history together. Bills by a billion- forever and always 🦬💙❤️

8 years ago today, my entire life changed for the better. I was chosen as a guest on Harry Connick Jr’s talk show, “HARRY,” to spread the message of Rocks of Unity. It was then that Rocks of Unity reached not only a national but also an international following. At 21 years old, I never thought I would be given such a life-changing opportunity to spread kindness, diversity, and acceptance on such a platform. To those who supported Rocks of Unity from then until now, you are the reasons I do what I do. You all deserve to be recognized.
