After 32 years of dedicated service, Captain Baldwin has officially retired. His commitment to protecting and uplifting our community has left a lasting impact that truly can’t be measured. He has always been someone you could count on showing up, stepping in, and going above and beyond time and time again.
While today marks the end of his official service, we have no doubt this isn’t the end of his presence in our community. Leaders like him don’t just step away they continue to show up in new ways, and we know he’ll still be a familiar and supportive face for years to come.
Thank you, Captain Baldwin, for your years of service, your leadership, and the difference you’ve made in so many lives. Wishing you a well-earned retirement!
