Let’s talk about the secrets that trees keep. Approximately two years ago, Pat gave an estimate to a customer in Derry. At the time he recommended that a certain tree be removed, because although it showed no outward signs of deterioration through the eyes of the average person, Pat’s eyes picked up on a certain clumping at the base of the tree. This is what it often looks like when fungi, which turns to rot, is affecting a tree. Today, two years later, Pat got the call to remove this tree via crane. What you are seeing is exactly what Pat predicted two years ago, but it came as a surprise to everyone seeing what actually occurred once the crane operator lifted the tree..The surprise was picked up by the Customer’s ring camera, and Pat was in disbelief that the tree had stayed standing through heavy snow and wind events all this time!
