Spring is in the air! And so is the irresistible smell of fresh baking here at We're Cookin' Now!, presented by Chefs' Kitchen. Earlier this month, the kids crushed it at our St. Patrick's Day class while making some seriously impressive rainbow and clover cookies.

Up next? Our Hoppy Easter Egg Basket Cupcakes class on Saturday, April 4! Kids and parents will team up to bake fluffy cupcakes, transform them into edible egg baskets, and decorate festive sugar cookies with colorful icing. It's the perfect Easter weekend activity -- tickets are on sale until we sell-out!

Our Hoppy Easter Egg Basket Cupcakes Class will be here next month! It's an extra-sweet Easter weekend baking adventure, with kids and parents working together to whip-up batter, and pour and bake fluffy cupcakes that they will transform into delicious edible egg baskets. They'll also decorate festive sugar cookies with colorful icing and plenty of imagination before heading home with delicious treats and proud “I made this!” moments. 🧁🐣🌷

Our Spring “Bake” Camp is now open from We’re Cookin’ Now!, presented by Chefs’ Kitchen. These three-hour, drop-off classes are available individually to suit your schedule -- sign-up for any or all five days (Mon.-Fri., March 23-27). It's a great way for kids ages 7-14 to spend part of their spring break while learning real baking skills in a professional kitchen from Chef Emily Capard. Youngsters will create everything from blondies and brookies to giant soft pretzels, mini-cheesecakes, savory muffins, streusel and homemade cinnamon rolls, all while heading home each day with something delicious and plenty to be proud of! 🍪🥨🧁

Our Luck O’ the Icing: Rainbow & Clover Cookies Class is coming up soon! It's a fun, festive hands-on spring activity for kids and their favorite grown-up, working together to measure, mix, roll and cut delicious butter cookies shaped like bright rainbows and lucky four-leaf clovers. And then decorate them with colorful icing and playful designs before heading home with sweet memories and treats they will be proud of when celebrating St. Patty's Day. 🌈✨

We had an absolute blast last weekend in our commercial kitchen hosting two Kids’ Sushi Rolls Lunch Classes and seeing so many young chefs show up ready to learn, roll, and have fun. The kids did an incredible job, and the smiles in these photos say it all.

From kid-friendly knife skills (fully supervised) to rolling, slicing, and building beautiful sushi from scratch, it was a fun, hands-on day that ended the best way possible: lunch made by them.

Thank you to all the families who joined us and helped make it such a great holiday weekend at We’re Cookin' Now! presented by Chefs’ Kitchen. We can’t wait to do it again soon! 💛🧑‍🍳

Hey everyone, a quick update: Our popular "Sourdough: Beyond The Loaf" class on Feb. 28 will be our last sourdough session until May. So if you've been thinking about learning how to make the very best version of cinnamon rolls, focaccia bread, pizza dough and dinner biscuits, jump into this class before it sells out (just 6 spots left) and you have to wait until late spring.

Happy Thanksgiving from the team at We're Cookin' Now! 🧡🍂🥧

And special gratitude to all the families who joined us this week for kids' camp. Our young chefs stirred, sauteed, sliced and simmered their way through festive Thanksgiving recipes under the guidance of pro instructors, and we loved seeing their creativity in Chefs' Kitchen.

It sure seemed they left smiling, proud and excited to share their holiday creations at home!

We were thrilled to recently support Jessica Smith by donating two days of access to Chefs' Kitchen so that she and her team of five volunteers could generously cook and deliver 238 meals to families with children that stopped receiving SNAP benefits. Jessica prepared Picadillo with rice and beans, as well as spaghetti bolognese with salad and homemade bread. Thanks for being an amazing part of our culinary community, Jessica! (Btw, she has a cottage bakery called Little Little Lady Di**le.)
